krykia Terms and Conditions

Specific meanings of certain terms used in these conditions are described below. These definitions apply consistently throughout the document.

"Platform" means

The krykia website (https://krykia.cam), all its sub-pages, applications, and related services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" means

Any person who has registered on or is using the platform is considered a "User" or "you".

"krykia" means

"krykia", "we", or "our" refers to the authority operating the platform.

"Account" means

The registered identity of a user along with all associated information, balance, and history is called an "Account".

Age Requirement

To open an account on the krykia platform and participate in any gaming activity, the user must be 21 years of age or older. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to open or use an account.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. krykia reserves the right to immediately close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

Identity Verification (KYC)

krykia may verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require a national identity card, birth registration certificate, or equivalent document. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

• Valid national identity card or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Password and Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity on the account.

Reporting Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify us immediately via 24/7 live chat or email. If not reported promptly, the user will bear responsibility for any resulting loss.

Third-Party Access

Operating an account on behalf of or at the direction of another person is prohibited. Acting on behalf of professional gambling syndicates or organized groups is a violation of these terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

krykia currently processes deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit depends on the level of account verification.

Withdrawal Limits and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification may be required for first withdrawals or large amounts.

Transaction Verification

krykia may conduct additional verification for suspicious transactions. Balances may be temporarily held during this process. We have a legal obligation to report information to relevant authorities for the prevention of money laundering.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, you must first open an account and make a deposit. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for gaming on the platform.
• The validity period of a bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

krykia's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers are reached through active play. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum.

Fair Play Policy

krykia is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or certified live dealer process.

Game Results

Once a game result is determined, it is considered final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, the correct result will apply and balances will be adjusted if necessary.

Technical Failures

If a game is left incomplete due to server disconnection, internet connection loss, or any other technical reason, krykia will take reasonable action. Records of all game transactions are stored on our servers and will serve as the definitive proof.

Game Provider Terms

The individual terms of game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe apply. In addition to krykia's terms, the terms of the relevant provider must also be followed.

Any of the following actions is a direct violation of these terms and is subject to penalty:

System Abuse

• Engaging in manipulation to fulfill bonus requirements
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using software or bots to influence game outcomes
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs

Financial Fraud

• Making transactions using stolen or illegal funds
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Committing fraud through credit card chargebacks

Other Prohibited Activities

• Harassing or threatening other users

• Misrepresenting identity with false information

Suspension by krykia

krykia may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Detection of suspicious financial activity
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

Account Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. All pending bets must be settled and verification completed before the request is processed.

After Account Closure

After account closure, any valid balance (if applicable) will be returned, minus any bonus-related funds and amounts applicable in cases of terms violation.

Complaint Process

Resolution Timeframe

Service Guarantee

krykia provides services on an "as is" basis. Services may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. krykia is not responsible for any potential losses caused by such disruptions.

Third-Party Liability

krykia is not responsible for failures by payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), game providers, or other third parties. However, we will make every effort to assist users with any issues that arise.

Liability Cap

In any circumstances, krykia's total liability will be limited to the actual balance in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
